Yes. The baby that receives the most votes will receive a $500 Visa Gift Card from Intermountain Health Care, 1 year of diapers from Lee's Marketplace and a car seat / baby jogger package from Bear River Health Department
Will the submissions be in The Herald Journal?
Yes. We will be producing a special section that will include the submitted photo's. The section will be in Sunday, January 31, 2016.
